My Go-To Foods

Hello my tala! Today I will show you my go-to foods whenever I have the time to go to de-stress from school works! Today's highlight will be foods from areas here in BGC.

Can you guess what my favorite go-to food is? I'll give you a hint, it s starts with R and ends with -amen. (If you're still clueless, it's really ramen!)

Market! Market!

Photo Narrative:
Delicious prawns, chicken, and tonkatsu, fried to perfection partnered with our beloved white fluffy rice, It truly is mouth watering just remembering it!

Tokyo-Tokyo offers meals like these that are for sharing, this allows students (like me) to enjoy eating while sharing with my friends. It only costs 670, for a group of three friends! It even has a nice ice-tea blend to enjoy with the hot-served dishes. Perfect for those who likes to enjoy Japanese meals.

Photo Narrative:
Piping hot bibimpap that burst new flavors as you take a bite. It is savory and delicious especially if you are a a fan of Korean cuisine. It's cooked with various ingredients, with spam being the main highlight as it's toped with kewpee mayo which adds more flavour
Food Choice has been a number one go to when eating out, especially for students who are time constraint and have smaller funds for food. This is one of the places where me and my classmates and friends often eat at.

SM Aura

Photo Narrative:
Warm and savory broth topped with eggs and a variety of vegetables and tonkotsu, and only for 280 pesos for us to enjoy!
This ramen shares the same taste as other ramen house, but it's additional take to its toppings makes it worth while to go to, very delicious! It is much cheaper than usual ramen houses that cost originally around 500 pesos.

Photo Narrative:
Coming to the 4th floor, it's air already calling out to you to eat as the atmosphere of the Food on Fours is mildly different from Food choice.
It's probably because the food here are a little bit more expensive and its location is surrounded by residential buildings, which is a little far from schools. It's worth the walk as it costs almost the same as ramen, around 280 pesos.
Soba and Ramen though, are two different dishes, as Ramen's noodles are made with traditional wheat flour while Soba is made with buckwheat flour! (You learn something new everyday my tala!)

Bonifacio Highstreet

Photo Narrative:
A heavy dish with soft thick noodles in warm and savory and nutty soup topped with beef and boiled egg, it fulfills both cravings and hunger from it's amount.
Muragame Udon is just same price range in options of your choice in ramen house as a student, when eaten as rewards for achievements, it definitely serves its purpose as it's a very heavy and hearty meal. It can range from 180 pesos to 230 pesos, it can also be located in Up Town Mall, also located here in BGC if you are much closer there!

That's all from me my tala, have fun out there!
